Aimed to advise future homeowners, Oriental took part in an event coordinated by the federal “Homeownership” program of the Caguas Municipality, which was recently held at its Jardín Botánico. This program helps Section 8 families who have a source of income and can assume the partial payment of a mortgage.

Many families who have benefit from this program attended the event, as well as people interested in buying a home for the first time. Oriental gave important information about the financing process and the current favorable conditions of the market –low interests rates and federal and local incentives- to get a mortgage.
