Disclosures

1 For retail account holders only.

  • A minimum average daily balance of $500 is required to avoid incurring a $5 monthly service charge. No monthly service charge will be incurred if the average daily balance is under $500 and have at least one Direct Deposit or 10 POS transactions during the monthly cycle.
  • A refund of up to $1.50: if the average daily balance is among $500 to $2,499.99 and have one Direct Deposit or make at least 10 POS transactions during the month cycle and have logged to Online Banking or register to E-Statement.
  • A refund of up to $3.00: if the average daily balance is among $2,500 to 24,999.99 and have one Direct Deposit or make at least 10 POS transactions during the month cycle and have logged to Online Banking or register to E-Statement.
  • A refund of up to $4.50: if the average daily balance is $25,000 or more and have one Direct Deposit or make at least 10 POS transactions during the month cycle and have logged to Online Banking or register to E-Statement.

2 For retail accountholders only. A daily account balance of $3,000 is required with Direct Deposit or $5,000 without Direct Deposit. If account balance does not meet the minimum requirements a monthly service charge of $14.99 will be charge.  No monthly charge will be imposed if a balance of $25,000 or more is maintained among retail checking, savings, time deposit and IRA accounts. A minimum daily account balance of $500.00 is necessary in order to receive the disclosed annual percentage yield (APY).

3 For retail account holders only. This account requires enrollment in the Direct Deposit program from Oriental Bank and Trust. A monthly service fee of 0.95¢ will apply.
