How it works
  • Highest-level executives contribute a specific amount to a trust fund created by his or her employer.
  • Oriental Trust, as trustee, sends contributions to those investment securities that participants chose according to his or her financial goals.
  • Participant schedules beforehand the amount of time to contribute to the TDC and to keep the money in the Fund.
  • Participant’s investment may be withdrawn from Fund before the scheduled date for some reasons in agreement with the plan terms, including employment termination.
